What truly makes Balihoo unique? Our culture.
Upon walking into Balihoo for the first time, most people comment on the welcoming openness of our office - but once they meet our people, they quickly realize our culture about much more than our office space; it's really about our people. All Balihoo'ers are incredibly driven and passionate about what they do. By being very selective in our recruiting process, we've managed to hire a team of highly diverse, smart, and accomplished people.
Culture - at least by our definition - is the product of tangibles and intangibles created and driven by our people, our core values, the way we work together, and the environment in which we choose to work. These, in turn, serve as the foundation upon which we deliver our innovative solutions and a high degree of service to our clients.
