Brent is currently the President of CareerBuilder North America where he heads the day-to-day operations of CareerBuilder.com, the U.S.’s largest online job site, and CareerBuilder Canada. He has served in key roles at CareerBuilder for a decade, helping the company secure and widen its category lead. In his previous positions as COO and Senior Vice President of Sales, he was charged with leading all sales, customer operations, and corporate marketing functions of the company. Prior to joining CareerBuilder, Rasmussen served as Manager of Business Services for Xerox Corporation, where he worked for nine years. He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. In addition to his professional commitments, Rasmussen is dedicated to promoting community involvement. He serves as President of CB Cares, an internal group that supports CareerBuilder's not-for-profit work including educational mentoring and fund-raising for areas in need.

George is a Venture Partner at OpenView and a former member of the executive management team at Oracle and has more than 25 years of deep management experience in the software industry. Since 2003, George has been making private investments and serving as a board member of several fast growing venture capital-funded software companies including ScriptLogin Corporation, Fieldglass, Inc., and Informance International. From 1990 to 2003, George spent 13 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently having served as EVP of North American Sales. Prior to Oracle, George served in various executive positions at System 5, a technology startup, and at Applied Data Research, a large software vendor, where he drove significant sales growth and exceeded revenue objectives for six years.
Steve’s 30 years of software experience and 25 years of direct sales management experience make him an important addition to our board. As Domo’s COO, he currently leads the company’s client services team, bringing value to customers through consulting, education and ongoing engagement. In years prior, Steve served as Senior Vice President at Omniture, where he helped contribute to the company’s record growth. Steve has been involved in many M&A transactions from inception through integration into parent and maintained SaaS services revenue at 100% plus year-over-year-year growth for four straight years. Steve has received a number of district, regional and national sales awards, and has been integral in planning, strategy, and taking private companies public.
Mark is the cofounder and Managing Partner of Highway 12 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in the most promising high-growth, entrepreneurial companies in the Intermountain West. Prior to Highway 12 Ventures, Mark was a General Partner at Atlantic Capital Group, a private equity firm in Boston. Mark is a director of multiple Highway 12 portfolio companies as well as the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. He is also on the advisory board of the College of Engineering at Boise State University and currently serves on The Idaho Business Coalition for Education Excellence.
JK Hullett brings 15 years of financial and operational experience from both public companies, where he worked in corporate and business development at American Airlines, and private companies, where he was CFO of @Last Software and CEO of Net Identity. During his career Mr. Hullett has been involved in over a half of a billion dollars of mergers and acquisitions activity. Mr. Hullett is Lacuna's CFO and oversees all the Funds' mergers and acquisitions and its legal compliance. In addition, Mr. Hullett works with the Fund's portfolio companies on operational and corporate strategy initiatives.
Pete’s software leadership experience spans multiple industries to include energy, finance, and media. Before founding Balihoo, Pete founded Enerx, a software company focused on the energy trading space. Upon selling the company to KW International, a London-based company that builds trading and risk management software for energy markets, he became Executive Vice President of International Operations. Previously, Pete was on the founding team of a financial services software and services firm.
Tien Ahn Nguyen
Tien Anh Nguyen is a Senior Associate at OpenView, a member of the OpenView Investment Committee and leads the Research and Analytics Team at OpenView Labs. He joined the firm in 2007 after graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Mathematics and studying abroad at Ecole Polytechnique in France. At OpenView Labs, he is focused on leading market and product strategy engagement with OpenView's portfolio companies and developing innovative research strategies for market segmentation, marketing channels research and marketing operations optimization. He is a Certified ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner.
