Account Executive

We’re looking for a highly motivated, well-organized, customer advocate with advertising experience to help us manage customer relationships and ensure effective delivery of our market-leading business solutions.

The Account Executive will be the liaison between customers of our Marketer Solution and Balihoo.  He/she will work closely with the customer to understand their business needs and ensure that Balihoo resources are properly aligned to deliver a quality solution that exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison between the customer and all Balihoo resources, with accountability for customer success and satisfaction
  • Gather advertising requirements from the customer and communicate those requirements to our internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to ensure timely and quality deliverables to customers
  • Manage customer expectations around timelines and service levels
  • Advise customers on ways to optimize the use of our products and services
  • Create strategies that will drive increased usage and customer adoption of our technology and services
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our relationship with customers
  • Gather product feedback for consideration in our product roadmap process
  • Participate in efforts to constantly improve our quality of service wherever possible

Candidates should possess the following characteristics:

  • 2-4 years in a client-facing, advertising agency or media buying role 
  • Passion for working with clients to build creative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and loosely structured environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred

This position is based in Boise, Idaho.  Travel requirements will vary depending on client needs, but likely will not exceed 5-10%.
