The Advertising Media Specialist will be working in a versatile role interacting with different departments, such as sales, development, and product management, as well as working directly with the customers using our software. Flexibility and teamwork is the secret to our success.

We all wear many hats, but some of the main responsibilities include:

• Data research and entry
• Customer assistance in getting started in our program
• Educating customers on the features and functionality we offer

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to define and adhere to processes and quality control procedures
• Experience using online search engines
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Customer service experience
• A business, advertising, marketing, or PR/communications degree or related experience is preferred.
  

This position is based in Boise, Idaho and limited travel may be required.
