Associate Product Manager

As Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for moving product ideas from the business planning process through full life-cycle software development. This will include requirements development, business testing and overall product quality. You will work closely with various functional areas of the business to understand and drive product direction and determine how to deliver an evolving product against target release schedules.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the full product development process and ensure that features meet business need and desired quality levels for release to customers.
- Work with the development team during development cycles to manage team capacity and timeline tracking on feature development
- Identify and document new features for development and ensure they are properly prioritized against other requirements
- Maintain & communicate current status of customer requirements for existing and future features
Work with QA to drive continuous improvement of software products
- Train staff including marketing, sales and support on existing product and enhancements
- Work with the customer support team to improve knowledge and efficient support of the product.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years work experience.
- Business experience in process management, product development, or quality assurance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and ability to quickly foster interpersonal relationships with cross-functional resources
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and quickly respond to dynamic requirements
- Some experience in technology or software development
