We’re looking for smart people to plan and buy advertising media for our growing base of clients. We’re talking all manner of media – television, radio, newspapers, online, out of home, etc. – on both a national and local market basis, which generally isn’t the norm in a Boise-based agency.

This is new school media planning and buying using the Balihoo software platform to develop advertising media plans for clients across these United States. The entry-level Media Planner/Buyer will also assess previous media plans and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements. There will be important details to review and record. This is a “people person” kind of role where developing strong relationships with clients and media reps is key to success and part of the fun of this position. 

Our picture perfect candidate will be a recent graduate of a 4-year school and/or have 1 to 5 years of post-college work experience. If you have actual media buying experience, that’s a bonus, but we’re more interested in finding someone who is smart, energetic and interested in starting a career at a company where they can leave a lasting impact. We’re also looking for great analytical and qualitative skills and the ability to make others clearly understand your thoughts by both spoken and written word. If you work well with others on a team and are successful and comfortable interacting with people outside of the company this position may be the perfect job for you.

This position is based in Boise, Idaho and limited travel may be required. All full-time, exempt positions include competitive base pay plus performance-based bonus and stock options.
