Senior Client Implementation Manager
We're looking for a dynamic, process-oriented, team leader to help us define and direct our implementation strategy for our market-leading business solutions.
The Senior Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of our suite of media planning solutions to our enterprise clients. This includes defining requirements, managing internal and external project resources, and owning the client relationship during the implementation. Additionally, this resource will work closely with Client Services and Product Management leadership to define and execute our overall implementation strategy, with an eye-toward long-term process scalability and client success. On a steady-state basis, the Senior Client Implementation Manager will be expected to split time between leading a team of project managers and directly managing client engagements for our more complex implementations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful delivery of our client-facing solutions
- Lead efforts to define and continuously improve deployment-related services, including the creation of reusable templates and documentation that can be leveraged across multiple engagements
- Create and manage project plans and related documentation which clearly define all deployment milestones and deliverables
- Create and manage cross-functional staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage across multiple projects
- Gather client business/functional requirements and translate them into specifications
- Manage client expectations around functionality and delivery timelines
- Act as a primary escalation point for any client issues during implementations
Candidates should possess the following characteristics:
- 8-10 years of post-graduate experience in related field
- Minimum of 4 years in an external client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or professional services capacity
- Highly competent in project management methodologies and toolsets, with experience in process analysis and definition
- Domain experience in advertising or related industries preferred, but not required
- Passion for working with clients to build creative solutions to complex business challenges
- Deep experience directly and indirectly managing cross-functional teams
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and loosely structured environment
This position is based in Boise, Idaho. Travel requirements will vary depending on client needs, but any candidate should be comfortable traveling between 25-50% of the time.
